Siprano's policy with respect to privacy is simple- we will not share your information except as needed to provide you the services you've requested. Siprano will not give or sell your information to marketers or mailing lists.

We collect only that information needed to provide you with communications services and perform billing, troubleshooting, and other core functions in the course of providing our services. We will also use some of the information for internal research with the intent of improving the overall service.

We will use usage data and information customers have knowingly submitted on our web site to comply with legal/governmental authorities and to investigate activities that may violate our Terms of Service.

All information that you enter into your Siprano Center is your private information and will not be used or accessed by Siprano unless required by law or in the course of troubleshooting a problem.

Our systems collect anonymous statistics regarding web and phone usage such as number of calls, number of hits, length of calls, etc. We use this information to improve our services by measuring usage patterns, usability, system load, and other performance characteristics.

The Siprano web site uses "cookies" for various purposes, including session management and temporary data storage to make the online experience better. The cookies don't store personal information.

We don't listen to or record conversations using our phone service, except to comply with legal/governmental authorities. In some cases we will make random recordings of speech recognition commands given to the Siprano Center for use in tuning the system, but these will be deleted immediately after the tuning is complete.

We take your privacy seriously and ensure that we have the proper safeguards in place to secure the information we store. We protect the information we collect through a variety of encryption and security methods.
